I am motivated with the idea that there is always more to learn, something to improve on, and other ways to make theatre and performance accessible, welcoming and entertaining. In 2021 I was part of China Plate's The Optimist course. Fast forward 2 years, I was chosen to be part of the Jerwood Foundation's Producer Residency programme, supported by Derby Theatre and In Good Company. This gave me hands on experience working within a venue and with an independent company; producing and programming work I was desperate to see on stage.I now work as a Producer and an Access Support Worker.
